Sales representatives at ORBIS SE NL play a crucial role in documenting client interactions through sales call reports. These reports capture key details from meetings, calls, and site visits, including client feedback, agendas, and follow-up actions, which are essential for shaping business strategies and decisions. Currently, these reports are completed using Dynamics 365 CRM, primarily via a web-based interface. However, this process is time-consuming and manual, making it inefficient for sales representatives, particularly those working remotely. The platform's lack of mobile optimization and reliance on repetitive data entry often leads to errors, delays, and reduced productivity, ultimately affecting client engagement and overall performance.
To address these challenges, the project aims to develop a mobile application powered by Microsoft tools, including Power Platform, Azure cognitive service, and Copilot agent. This app will streamline and automate the call reporting process, making it more efficient and accessible for on-the-go sales representatives. Key features of the app include real-time transcription to automate note-taking, voice-to-text functionality for quick and accurate reporting, and the smart follow-up action suggestions. Additionally, the app will integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365, ensuring consistency with existing workflows and systems.
By automating and optimizing the call reporting process, the mobile app will enable faster, more accurate data entry, significantly reducing the administrative burden on sales representatives. This solution will allow sales teams to focus on meaningful client interactions while improving productivity and decision-making. Ultimately, the project will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sales call reports, aligning with ORBIS SE NL's commitment to delivering innovative, user-friendly solutions for their clients.
