Rules of Conduct
During the Graduation Conference, you will participate in the graduation session(s) of our students.
This is an exciting time for students, as they will be judged on whether they will successfully complete their studies.
We kindly ask you to abide by the following rules:
- Arrive on time. Once the door is closed and the graduation session has begun, you will no longer have access to the graduation session;
- Always follow the chairman's instructions;
- Be quiet and listen attentively. Do not go on your phone and respect the student's commitment.
- Put your phone on airplane mode. This way the student will not be disturbed during the session;
- You cannot leave the room during sessions. Therefore, you should remain seated until requested to leave the room;
- The audience has 5 minutes to ask questions. Then it is the judges' turn;
- No photos or videos may be taken during the graduation session;
- Children under 12 years of age may not be present at the graduation session (unless specifically requested by the graduate);
- You must always register in advance for the graduation session. It is not possible to walk in freely. You can still register on the day itself;
- The maximum number of visitors per session is 15.
